🖥️ Digital Products
All digital products (including printables, eBooks, studies, guides, and planners) are non-refundable due to the instant-access nature of downloads. Once purchased, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, if you experience any technical issues (like a failed download or corrupted file), please contact us right away at caycefletcher@amorebeautifullifecollective.com — we’re happy to help and will make sure you get what you need.
📚 Printed Products
Print-on-demand items (such as perfect-bound books or planners) are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party printer. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or with a printing error.
If there’s a problem with your printed item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll work with the printer to make it right.
